MOLLY
For my beret look, I went for a total mix of '90s and '60s vibes. These were both decades where berets were trending, so I thought it would be fun to channel them for a throwback feeling.
Chenille is shaping up to be the hot sweater material of the season, and I love this mustard-y yellow chenille sweater for chilly days. It's almost like a beige neutral that's amped up. It's also v 90s in material and cropped cut alike.
A faux leather mini skirt and over-the knee boots give a nod to mod '60s style and large white sunnies really play up the vintage vibe. I love when you can mashup decades and also be totally on trend. I mean, that's pretty much what Mod Circus is about in a nutshell.

For my beret look, I decided to really go all out with the French vibe and cut my hair! Just kidding, but really, I was a little concerned about how my new short 'do would look because I was used to having longer hair, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out it looks super chic!
I really wanted to play up the chic french vibe with my look, while also incorporating a lot of fall style. Naturally, I went with a cape, because duh, fall and me = capes. I really love this cape because it ties around the waist and it super warm! I mixed patterns and textures by adding very french stripes under the plaid cape and faux leather leggings under blue knee high boots. By the way, these leather leggings are THE.BEST.LEGGINGS.EVER.
